Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties downloading your purchase:

• Check your email spam/junk folder for the download link
• Try a different browser or device

We will help resolve download issues, but this does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after successfully receiving your digital product may result in:

• Permanent ban from future purchases
• Legal action to recover costs and damages
• Reporting to fraud prevention services
